Innovative routine
Dany Jacobs and Hendrik Snijders have performed a research for the Foundation Management Studies (SMS) concerning the question related to managers: “how to stimulate successful innovation”. In that framework 22 cases of `repetitive innovators' have been examined, these are the companies that have been regularly successful with their innovation. Not only well-known large companies such as Philips and Shell, but also less-known companies such as HEMA, Koning & Hartman, Intervet, KesselsKramer, de Kunsthal and the Municipality of Dordrecht were involved in this research.
